Your site is working
against your brand

Your photography is beautiful. Your brand identity is strong. But the site buries that energy under pop-ups, cluttered widgets, and a layout that doesn't guide visitors to buy. We spent hours going through every page, every flow, every interaction on desktop and mobile — and documented everything.

Conversion Friction

  • Pop-up fires immediately on arrival with dark-pattern copy — "I prefer to pay full price" is guilt-tripping, not brand-building
  • Three competing overlays on landing: email pop-up + live chat widget + rewards program badge, all fighting for attention at once
  • No Quick-Add on product cards — every single purchase requires an extra click through to the product page first
  • "Shipping calculated at checkout" — a known conversion killer; customers abandon carts when costs are uncertain
  • No free shipping messaging anywhere on the site — if you offer it, visitors can't tell

Accessibility Failures

  • White text on pink backgrounds fails WCAG 2.1 AA contrast — portions of your site are literally unreadable for visitors with low vision
  • Carousel arrows nearly invisible against light backgrounds, both on desktop and mobile
  • Form labels disappear when typing — users lose context of what field they're filling in
  • Mobile touch targets too small for comfortable tapping — buttons and links are below the 44px minimum

Mobile Experience

  • Floating widgets are oversized — chat bubble + rewards badge cover significant screen real estate, blocking content and CTAs
  • Hero text contrast is even worse on smaller screens — the brand message gets lost entirely
  • Product card text is too small to scan comfortably — users have to squint at prices and product names
  • Filter/sort options not sticky on collection pages — shoppers have to scroll all the way back up to refine results

SEO & Content Gaps

  • Homepage has minimal indexable text content — Google can't rank what it can't read
  • No blog — missing a major organic traffic opportunity for activewear-related searches
  • Missing structured data (Product schema, FAQ schema) — your products don't show rich results in Google
  • Heading hierarchy needs cleanup — skipped heading levels confuse screen readers and search crawlers
